Manage Your Subscription and Get Support From the App
Your subscription is a click away inside Pluely. No need to dig through email for a billing link.
Buy from the app, activated automatically
Reach a Pro feature in the overlay and a compact panel shows the plans with their current prices and monthly budgets. Choose one, pay on the secure checkout that opens in your browser, and come back: the panel switches to You're on Limited Pro (or the plan you chose) by itself, and the feature you tapped starts. The license is activated on that computer only, and the key never has to be typed. The app waits up to 15 minutes for the payment; after that it tells you to paste the key from your license email on the Dashboard, which works just the same. The same panel opens from Dashboard, under Your plan, and from every Pro prompt in the app.
Received the license email before the app finished? You can paste that key into the License Key box on the Dashboard Home page instead; the result is the same. If the app ever tells you it did not see the payment, the email is your backup and the key in it always works.
Free users are never asked to sign up or leave an email to use the app. After your first answer, Pluely asks once whether you want setup tips by email. Say no and it never asks again.
Manage subscription
- Open Dashboard. The Your plan & usage card on the Home page shows your plan and this month's budgets.
- In its top right corner, next to the refresh button, press Manage subscription.
- The Pluely billing page opens in your browser. The card shows the email your order is under; enter that email on the billing page and a link to your billing arrives in that inbox. There you can update your payment method, download invoices, change your plan, or cancel.
The button appears for Limited Pro and Unlimited Pro subscriptions. Dev Pro is a one-time purchase, so it has nothing to manage.
Contact support
Right below your license on the Home page, the line "Need help or hit a problem? A real person answers at support@pluely.com" links straight to an email. A real person reads every message. The Contact Support entry in the dashboard sidebar does the same.
Before you remove a license
A license activates once, on one device. Removing it from the app does not free it up for another computer, and adding it again can fail. Pluely asks you to confirm before removing a license for that reason. If you are moving to a new computer, write to support first.
