Pluely for Sales Calls

"So why are you twice the price of the other tool?" You have ten seconds, and the battlecard is buried in a tab you closed. Pluely is a real-time sales copilot in a discreet desktop overlay: it transcribes the call live, drafts objection responses automatically from your own pricing sheet, and turns every call into a CRM-ready summary — with no bot joining the meeting.

Before the call

Create a custom prompt in Prompts and attach your pricing sheet, competitive one-pagers, and talk tracks as knowledge files. Then switch on Automatic responses: when the prospect asks a question, Pluely drafts an answer built from your prompt, your attached files, and the live transcript — so the response quotes your real pricing, not an invented number.

During the call

  • Live transcript of you and the prospect, speaker-labeled, captured locally from mic and system audio — works with Zoom, Meet, Teams, or any dialer your computer plays.
  • Objections handled in the moment. Pluely detects a question even without a question mark, waits for the prospect to finish their sentence, and skips filler like "right, makes sense." Repeated questions aren't answered twice.
  • Screen-aware. Prospect shares a dashboard or an RFP? Screenshot it and ask Pluely to explain or reframe it in Ask mode.

After the call

Every session is saved as a meeting. One tap turns the transcript into a summary, key points, or action items to paste into your CRM — while the next call is already ringing. When a deal review needs receipts, export the transcript: see Summarize & export.

Setup in one minute

  1. Switch to Listen mode and grant microphone + screen-recording permission (that's how Pluely hears the prospect).
  2. Select your sales prompt and enable automatic responses.
  3. Press Start listening as the call connects. Each response uses one AI request, with your remaining budget always visible — see Plans & usage.
