Use Cases

Pluely for Meetings

The call ends, everyone scatters, and by tomorrow nobody agrees on what was decided. Pluely turns meetings into notes you'll actually use: it transcribes the conversation live from your own machine, then collapses a 45-minute call into key points and action items — no bot dialing in, nothing visible to the other participants.

Why teams pick Pluely over a bot

  • No bot, no awkwardness. Capture runs locally on your desktop, so there's no "Recording Assistant has joined" moment for a client to object to.
  • Works with every meeting app. Zoom, Meet, Teams — anything your computer plays. See how it stacks up in Best AI meeting assistant.
  • Speaker-labeled transcript (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, …) you can trust when "who agreed to that?" comes up next week.
  • Local-first history. Every meeting is saved on your machine and reopenable anytime — see Meetings.

The flow

Before: pick the built-in Meeting Assistant prompt in Prompts, start Listen mode, and shrink the overlay into its compact picture-in-picture meeting view so it rides in a corner.

During: let it run. Pausing costs nothing, transcription auto-stops after five minutes of silence, and a live countdown shows your remaining monthly time. Want more than a record? Turn on Automatic responses and Pluely quietly drafts an answer whenever a question is raised — never mid-sentence, never twice for the same question.

After: press Stop — the meeting saves automatically. Open it and generate a summary, key points, or action items, then export them wherever your team reads notes (Summarize & export).
