How to Buy a Pluely License

A license unlocks Pluely's full experience, including Pluely's managed AI and higher monthly limits. Here's how to get one.

1. Open the pricing page

Go to the pricing page to compare plans. Each plan lists what's included — live transcription time, file uploads, and AI requests per month.

2. Choose a plan

Pick the plan that fits how you'll use Pluely:

• Trial — try the core experience with a small monthly allowance.
• Paid plans — higher monthly limits for live transcription, uploads, and AI requests.
• Dev / Bring-your-own-keys — use Pluely with your own provider key or a local CLI; nothing is metered by Pluely.

3. Check out

Complete checkout on the pricing page. When your purchase is confirmed you'll receive a license key by email — a short string you'll paste into the app.

4. Activate

Open Pluely and enter your license key to unlock everything. Full steps: How to activate your license.

Billing & renewals

• Your plan's monthly allowances reset at the start of each month.
• Renewal and billing dates are shown inside the app on your plan-and-usage screen.
• Bringing your own keys? Those requests are billed by your provider, not Pluely.

• Can I switch plans? Yes — your allowances update to the new plan going forward.
• Do I need a license to use my own keys? You can run Pluely on your own provider or CLI; a license unlocks Pluely's managed AI and Pro features.
