Meetings: Save, Reopen & Summarize

Every time you use Listen mode, Pluely saves the session as a meeting — a titled, speaker-labeled transcript you can come back to any time.

Your meetings library

Open the Meetings area to see your saved sessions. Each one keeps the full transcript with speaker labels and timing, so you can:

• Re-read exactly who said what.
• Add your own notes.
• Turn it into something more useful (below).

Because Pluely writes each finalized line as it happens, your transcript is safe even if something interrupts the session.

Transform a transcript

From a meeting, you can transform the transcript into:

• Summary — the gist in a few short paragraphs.
• Key points — a scannable bulleted list.
• Concise — a tightened version.
• Longer / Explain — expand or clarify.
• Translate — the transcript in another language.

The result comes back as clean, formatted text you can copy anywhere.

The live viewer

While a session is running, Pluely can show a separate, read-only transcript window — handy on a second monitor so you can watch the conversation fill in without cluttering the main overlay.
