Transcription Only: Clean Meeting Notes Without AI

Sometimes you just want the notes. Transcription only turns Pluely into a quiet note-taker: it transcribes the conversation with speaker labels and saves it to your meeting, and the AI stays out of the way.

What changes in this mode

• No automatic responses fire during the meeting.
• No follow-up suggestion chips appear.
• The transcript takes the space the answer panel normally uses.
• Generate is still there if you ever want an answer from the conversation. Nothing runs unless you ask.

Turning it on

From the overlay, in Listen mode, tap the Auto responses chip and choose Transcription only. The chip reads Notes only while it is active.

From the dashboard, open Responses and use the Transcription only switch under Meeting transcription. Either place changes the other instantly, even in the middle of a session.

To go back to automatic responses, pick On questions or Every pause again.
