Automatic Meeting Recap: Summary, Decisions, Action Items

Every meeting can leave something useful behind. When a Listen session ends, Pluely can read the full transcript and write a recap in three parts: Summary, Decisions, and Action items. It is saved to that meeting, so it is waiting for you the next time you open it.

Where to find it

Open Dashboard, then All Conversations, and open the meeting. The recap appears as a Meeting recap card alongside the transcript, next to any other summaries you create. You can still run the other transformations on the same meeting whenever you like.

When it runs

• The recap is written when a session ends, whichever way it ends: you stopped it, the monthly allowance ran out, or the session was interrupted.
• Very short sessions are skipped, so a session you started by accident does not spend an AI request.
• It uses the whole saved transcript, not just what was on screen.

Turning it on or off

The recap is on by default. To change it, tap the Auto responses chip in Listen mode and use Auto recap when a meeting ends, or open Dashboard, then Responses, and use the same switch under Meeting transcription.

Which plans include it

The recap is part of the paid plans. On Limited Pro and Unlimited Pro it runs on Pluely's models. On Dev Pro it runs on the AI provider or CLI you selected, using your own key.

How fast it is

The recap, like Summarize, Translate and the other transcript tools, runs on a best model available, not on the model you chose for chat, and has a hard time limit, so it comes back in seconds. Long transcripts are handled in parts and combined into one recap. Dev Pro runs these on your own connected AI or CLI.
